I began by following our traditional Kayapó festivals. Photography allowed me to capture the life, colors, and stories of our people, Mebêngôkre, and share them with others.

"It is not always easy to capture the perfect moment, but through photography, I can tell the stories of the Kayapó people. I want future generations to see and remember who we are and where we come from."

"I really enjoy taking photos because they allow me to share the beauty of our culture, Mebêngôkre, and help preserve the history and memory of the Kayapo people for future generations."

"Photography is more than images—it’s a way to keep our culture alive."
